WW2 GERMAN INFANTRY

A couple of pictures of Artizan 28mm WW2 German Infantry. These were painted a while ago using the Army Painter method.







 My next post will be the Natal Mounted Police and Carbineers. I am working on some War of the Roses figures and buildings and also AWI figures and buildings at the moment, so they will be coming up in future posts along with some more Zulu War.

    I can't believe that these are done with the AP method; they look tremendous! I love the camouflage uniforms. Looking forward to seeing how you get on with the Natal Mounted Police, some of which I have lurking on the periphery of the lead mountain.

      Hi Wostry,
      The paints I used were
      white primer
      flesh = foundry 5b
      uniform = vallejo basalt grey (that is all I had at the time, I am sure there are more appropriate uniform colours to use)
      Helmet = vallejo german uniform 920 (this is very dark and too dark to use for the uniform itself)
      camo = basecoat vallejo pale violet brown 825, followed by patches of vallejo choc brown and Foundry tan 14c.
      Army painter strong tone (the middle one) brushed on not dipped.
