Empress Miniatures Natal Native Horse (NNH).
Once again, some lovely sculpts by Empress. I will be purchasing the latest Zulu War releases from their trade stand at Salute tomorrow along with a shopping list as long as my arm.
In the last picture, the Zulu's closing in on the firing line are the old style Zulu miniatures from Wargames Foundry, which are more compatible in size with Empress Miniatures.

Great looking figs there! Also good to bump into you again at SALUTE, shame we didn't get to speak for longer. Any chance you can drop me a mail at GRWILL66000@aol.com as there was something I wanted to discuss outside of the bloggosphere?
ReplyDeleteCheers
Gary.
Thanks for the comments chaps.
ReplyDeleteGary, email sent.
Lovely painting on these, Pat (as usual). What unit is up next? Did you buy the new Empress figures at Salute?
ReplyDeleteBest wishes
Giles
Thanks Giles. The artillery, rocket battery and Senior Mounted Command are all done and along with the supply column will be posted in future posts. I am working on the Imperial Mounted Infantry at the moment along with a lot more tents and wagons for an Isandlwana photo shoot. Yes, I purchased the new Empress figures at Salute, I had been waiting for these to come out so that I can do a Rorke's Drift photo shoot. And just to finish this period off I have the Lancers and plastic NNC to do.
